FIRE 20/20 obtained licenses and permission to use the song "A Dream" in the Why I Chose Fire video (hereafter "Video")  from Cherry Lane Music Publishing Company, Inc., Sony/ATV Music Publishing LLC (as successor-in-interest to Ensign Music), Universal Music Group, Universal Music Publishing Group, and Intellectual Properties Management in Atlanta, Georgia. Those licenses allow FIRE 20/20 unlimited streaming of the Video in non-downloadable format from FIRE 20/20’s website (www.fire2020.org) and further allow FIRE 20/20 to have limited downloaded copies and digital disc copies.

If you request permission to download copies of the Video or have FIRE 20/20 prepare digital disc copies of the Video, it is important to understand the legal way to use a downloaded copy and digital video disc copy of the Video and the restrictions that apply to their use.

You may show your approved downloaded copies or digital video discs of the Video at any events, meetings, presentations, classrooms, programs, job fairs and recruitment venues where the intention is to inform, inspire and motivate qualified, diverse, inclusive, safe and competent individuals to explore and consider a fulfilling career in Fire/EMS.

You may NOT make any additional copies of the Video in any form whatsoever without permission. You may NOT broadcast or transmit the Video using any technology whatsoever including, but not limited to closed-circuit broadcast, local area broadcasts, cable-cast, intranet or Internet transmission, video server transmission, satellite transmission or any other multiple location technology.

You may NOT change or alter any part of the Video.

You may NOT sell the Video.
